What is your cancelation and return policy?

Order amendments:

If you wish to change an address or cancel an order please contact our Customer Care Team here within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You'll have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it has been delivered to you.
